At Emalla Canada, we prioritize the safety and health of our customers. Due to the high risk of cross-contamination, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on tattoo supplies once they have been shipped. All sales are final.


This policy is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
